Taking inspiration from the woodland near my home where I go on daily dog walks . Here is a beauiful textured macraweave and needle felted woodland wall hanging.
The foraged sheep's wool has been hand washed and carded, and coloured with home made natural vegetable dyes, made from avocado, coffee, black rice and onion skins. Fixed with alum mordant. Black 100% cotton 3mm macrame thread and coloured embroidery cottons.
